Refund & Returns Policy

At Nineties90, we aim to provide high-quality teamwear, accessories and custom products. Please read our returns policy before placing an order.

Ready-to-Buy Products

For standard ready-to-buy products, such as goalkeeper gloves, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must not be damaged, worn or altered
- Proof of purchase must be provided

Custom & Personalised Products

Custom teamwear, club kits, training wear, printed items, embroidered products, personalised garments and made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

This includes products with:
- Club logos
- Player names
- Numbers
- Custom colours
- Custom designs
- Made-to-order specifications

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Custom orders can only be cancelled before production has started. Once artwork has been approved or production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
